If you want to ship your items listed in Germany internationally, you must first accept the cross-border trade agreements on eBay. Afterwards, make the following settings in PlentyONE.
1. Configure international shipping
Configure in the shipping terms which international shipping methods and costs should apply.
Open the menu: Setup » Markets » eBay » Framework Conditions » Tab: Shipping Conditions.
Select the appropriate eBay account and the platform (
Germany).Navigate to the section International Shipping Methods.
Choose the desired shipping method and enter the shipping costs.
Under Regions, select the option Worldwide or specific regions you ship to.
Optional: Exclude delivery locations to which you cannot ship.
Save the settings.
2. Adjust stock synchronisation and duration for GTC listings
To ensure your listings are permanently visible internationally and stock is managed correctly, you should check the validity and stock dependency.
Open the listing by navigating to Items » Edit Item and selecting New Listing for the item (or open an existing listing).
For stock dependency, select the option limited (without reservation).
Switch to the tab Base.
For duration, select the option endless (GTC).
Save the settings.
3. Store message after purchase in different languages
Enter a text that is automatically sent to international buyers in their respective language after purchase.
Open the menu: Setup » Markets » eBay » Settings » Tab: Account Settings.
Open the submenu Message after Purchase.
Enter an appropriate message in all languages you need for international sales.
Save the settings.
