The return policy is an important part of your terms and conditions and must be correctly set for each relevant eBay platform.

Here is how to set new return policies:

1. Open the menu: Setup » Markets » eBay » Terms and Conditions » Tab: Return Policy.

2. Switch to the New tab.

3. Enter a unique profile name (e.g. Return Policy Spain).

4. Enter the full text of the return policy under Description.

5. Specify whether a return is possible.

6. Define the return period and who bears the return shipping costs.

7. Save the settings.
