If you have created multiple sales prices with similar settings in PlentyONE (e.g. for the same marketplace or the same country), these are processed according to a defined priority order to determine the correct price for the eBay listing.
Priorities of sales prices (highest priority first):
Marketplace setting: Prices that are set only for one marketplace have higher priority than prices that are enabled for several or all marketplaces.
Country setting: Prices that are set only for one country have higher priority than prices that are enabled for several or all countries.
eBay account setting: Prices that are set only for one eBay account have higher priority than prices that are enabled for several or all accounts.
Currency setting: Prices that are set only for one currency have higher priority than prices that are enabled for several or all currencies.
"From quantity" setting: Prices that have a higher "from quantity" have higher priority than prices with "from quantity" equal to 1.
Customer class setting: Prices that are set only for one customer class have higher priority than prices that are enabled for several or all customer classes.
Note: Only sales prices that meet the corresponding search criteria are checked (for eBay: origin and eBay accounts).
