If you have already created terms and conditions (payment, shipping, return policies, return policies according to ElektroG, and product compliance) on eBay, you can import these into your PlentyONE system.

Important: When importing, the terms and conditions set on eBay always take precedence and overwrite all corresponding settings you have created in PlentyONE.

Importing terms and conditions

You must import the terms and conditions individually for each combination of eBay account and country platform.

1. Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Terms and Conditions.
2. Make the following settings:

   • The terms and conditions created on eBay will be imported into PlentyONE.
