1. In your PlentyONE system, navigate to: Setup » Markets » Shopify App » Help.

2. Click on the Export conditions section.

3. The function will show you which conditions for exporting the selected variation are not met.

Interpreting the results

• Red markings: All fields marked in red show you information that is missing and must be added.

• Examples of missing data: Often, technical data such as the SKU or business data such as the sales price is missing.

As soon as you have added all red-marked conditions in your PlentyONE item, the variation can be correctly exported to Shopify.
