You set the shipping terms as profiles in PlentyONE. Here you define the conditions for domestic and international shipping.
Make settings for domestic shipping
- Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Terms & Conditions » Tab: Shipping Terms » Tab: New.
- Make the following settings for domestic shipping:
| Setting | Explanation |
|---|
| Profile Name | Enter a profile name. |
| Processing Time | Set the processing time in days for shipping. |
| Shipping Methods | Select the shipping methods in the Domestic area. |
| Costs | Set the shipping costs. |
| Additional Charge Each | Set the surcharge for shipping each additional item from this offer. |
| Additional Options | Choose options such as Free Shipping (costs are automatically set to 0.00 EUR) or Express Shipping. |
| Shipping Discount for Combined Payment | Choose whether to adopt the shipping discount set up on eBay. |
| Exclude Delivery Locations | Exclude delivery locations, PO boxes, and parcel stations from shipping. |
- Save ($\text{Save}$) the settings.
Make settings for international shipping
- Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Terms & Conditions » Tab: Shipping Terms » Tab: New.
- Make the settings for domestic shipping.
- Make the following additional settings for international shipping:
| Setting | Explanation |
|---|
| Shipping Methods | In the International area, select the shipping methods, e.g. DHL Paket International. You must have set at least one domestic shipping service. |
| Regions | Activate delivery countries or delivery regions. If there are multiple shipping providers, customers will be shown the cheaper one. |
| Additional Delivery Locations | Select for which delivery locations the costs should be determined only on request. |
| Exclude Delivery Locations | Exclude individual countries or entire regions from international shipping. |
- Save ($\text{Save}$) the settings.
