You set the payment terms as separate profiles in PlentyONE. You need to configure these settings for each eBay account and each platform.
Create a payment profile
- Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Framework conditions » Tab: Payment terms » Tab: New.
- Make the following settings:
| Setting | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Profile name | Enter a profile name. |
| Payment methods | Select one or more payment methods. |
| PayPal account | Select your configured PayPal account. |
| Immediate payment | Enable this to allow PayPal as the only payment method. Buyers must complete the checkout before purchase to avoid open orders. |
| Payment notes | Enter payment notes. |
- Save ($\text{Save}$) the settings.
