Before you can set payment terms, shipping terms, or return conditions for your eBay listings, you must activate the Framework Conditions feature on eBay itself.

Check activation status and enable the feature

In the PlentyONE system, you can check the activation status of this feature:

1. Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Framework Conditions.
2. Check the button next to the dropdown list for your eBay account.
   • If the button is green, you have already activated the feature on eBay.
   • If the button is red, you have not yet activated the feature. Click on the displayed link to be redirected to eBay and activate the feature there.

Troubleshooting: Import eBay Seller Profiles

If an error message appears in PlentyONE stating that framework conditions (payment, shipping, or return conditions) are already saved on eBay with the same name or settings, click on Import eBay Seller Profiles to resolve this error.
