Credit notes and partial credit notes for OTTO Market orders are created directly by OTTO Market and automatically imported into PlentyONE. The import is triggered as soon as you have confirmed a return of goods at OTTO Market.

Confirm return and retrieve documents

1. Confirm return: You confirm a return by sending the event action Report return to OTTO.
2. Retrieve documents: After successful return confirmation, you will find the credit note documents in the Tab: Documents of the order.
   • Note: Since the documents are retrieved hourly, there may be a delay before they become visible.

Special features of the reimbursement

• OTTO Market reimburses the full sales price: When you report a return, the components of the individual items of your credit note/return are sent to OTTO. This results in OTTO always reimbursing the full sales price of an item.
• No partial reimbursements per item possible: It is not possible to report partial reimbursements for an order item to OTTO Market.
• Price corrections have no effect: Even if you have corrected the price of individual items, this does not affect the reimbursement document created by OTTO.
• Credit notes for partial returns: Credit notes are always created by OTTO Market when the return of an item has been confirmed. Therefore, credit notes are also generated for partial returns.
