In the Basic Settings - OTTO Market wizard, you define in the final steps how returns are handled, which shipping providers and standard reasons for acceptance and rejection are used.
Step: Return Shipping Providers
- Link PlentyONE shipping providers with:
- Select a suitable return shipping provider from OTTO Market for each
PlentyONEshipping provider used for returns.
- Select a suitable return shipping provider from OTTO Market for each
- Which shipping provider should be used as an alternative to the linked return shipping providers? (For return tracking numbers via REST API)
- Determine from shipping profile (default setting): The shipping provider from the order's shipping profile is used for the return.
- Alternative return shipping provider: Select a fixed shipping provider to be used for all shipments where the links do not apply.
- Do not use an alternative return shipping provider: No alternative provider will be determined.
- Note: OTTO Market requires a tracking number to be sent for a possible return. If you select the option
Do not use an alternative return shipping provider, the shipping notification may not be transmitted.
Step: Reasons for Return Rejection
- Select a standard reason for return rejection. (mandatory)
- Choose from the dropdown list the reason that should be used by default when a return is rejected. This also serves as a fallback value.
- Link PlentyONE return reasons with:
- Select a suitable rejection reason for returns from OTTO Market for each
PlentyONEreturn reason.
- Select a suitable rejection reason for returns from OTTO Market for each
Step: Reasons for Return Acceptance
- Select a standard reason for return acceptance.
- Choose from the dropdown list the reason that should be used by default when a return is accepted. This also serves as a fallback value.

- Select a suitable acceptance reason for returns from OTTO Market for each
PlentyONEreturn reason.

Step: Item Conditions for Returns
- Select a standard condition for return rejection.
- Choose the condition that should be transmitted by default for the items when a return is rejected. This also serves as a fallback value.
