OTTO Market orders automatically go through various statuses in PlentyONE, which depend on the respective status at OTTO Market and the chosen payment method. The payment method is always shown as OTTO Payment in PlentyONE.
Import status and status changes
- Standard import: OTTO Market orders are initially imported as unpaid with the status [3] Waiting for payment in
PlentyONE. - Orders in status
ANNOUNCED: Orders with the OTTO Market statusANNOUNCEDare imported without address data into the status [1] Incomplete data.- This concerns orders that can still be cancelled by the buyer, or prepayment orders that have not yet been paid.
- Change to
PROCESSABLE(OTTO Market): As soon as the order changes to the statusPROCESSABLEat OTTO, the addresses on the order are added inPlentyONE.- The order is then moved to the status [4] In shipping preparation, except for the payment method Prepayment.
- Orders with the payment method Prepayment are moved to the status [3] Waiting for payment.
- After order confirmation by OTTO Market: The order changes to the status [5] Release for shipping.
- A payment is created for the order in
PlentyONEand the order is marked as paid. - Note: If the order was paid by bank transfer at OTTO Market, the order confirmation can take longer than with other payment methods.
- A payment is created for the order in
Cancellation and special features
- If an order is not paid, OTTO Market cancels the order after a certain time and sends a cancellation to
PlentyONE. - The unpaid order in
PlentyONEthen automatically changes to the status [8] Cancelled. - Important: You cannot cancel orders yourself in the statuses [1] Incomplete data and [3] Waiting for payment.
