This is normal behaviour and not an error. The export of item data from PlentyONE to Shopify has been carried out in a two-step process since 21 May 2025, which can lead to a short delay.
The process works as follows:
- First step: Your item is initially created in Shopify as "unpublished" and without images.
- Second step: Approximately 30 minutes later, a second synchronisation takes place. During this, the images are linked and the item is automatically set to "published".
Afterwards, your product is fully and correctly visible in your Shopify store.
