You can enable the selection of Packstations and Post Offices in the checkout of your PlentyONE shop by activating the corresponding option in the desired shipping combination.

Activation of the DHL Packstation / Post Office Finder

1. Navigate to the shipping combination settings: 
   Setup > Orders > Shipping > Service Providers > DHL Shipping > Shipping Settings. Select the shipping combination for which the Packstation/Post Office finder should be available.
    
2. Find the option: 
   Activate the corresponding option in this shipping combination: DHL Packstation / Post Office Finder
   Note the info text: "Would you like to give your customers the option to use a finder (interactive map and address selection) to choose the address of a Packstation or Post Office as the delivery address during the ordering process of your webshop? Important: Enter your Google Maps API key in the DHL Desired Delivery Assistant."
    
3. Save: 
   Save the changes you made.

Important notes on usage

• Selection only via DHL Packstation / Post Office Finder: Manual entry of the Packstation or Post Office data is currently not provided in the checkout. The selection is made via the DHL Packstation / Post Office Finder, which transfers the correct data of the Packstation into the delivery address.
   
• Display in the checkout: The Packstation/Post Office finder is only displayed in the checkout after an address has been saved.

Current development

The possibility to make the fields for the Packstation manually editable is currently being evaluated and added to the backlog. A precise timeline for implementation cannot be provided at this time.
