After you have created an Amazon offer catalogue, you assign the data fields of the sales channel to the article data stored in PlentyONE.

Special features in the offer catalogue

• Missing mandatory fields: In the offer catalogue for Amazon, currently not all mandatory fields (as in the product catalogue) can be marked with asterisks. Dependencies between the data fields may also not be displayed.
• Additional data fields: If the sales channel requires product data for which there is no standard data field in your PlentyONE system, you can create a property for this. You link this property to your variants and store the actual values there.

Step-by-step guide to assignment

1. Open the menu: Data » Catalogues.
2. Click on the created offer catalogue.
   • The Assignment tab will open.
3. The left column shows the data fields of the sales channel, the right column is used for assigning the PlentyONE data fields.
4. Assign appropriate PlentyONE data fields to the sales channel data fields.
5. Save the catalogue to secure the assignments.
