After you have created an Amazon catalogue, the next step is to link the data fields of the sales channel with the item data stored in PlentyONE.

Step-by-step guide to assignment

1. Open the menu: Data » Catalogues.
2. Click on the previously created catalogue.
   • The Assignment tab opens automatically.
3. The left column displays the data fields of the sales channel (Amazon).
   • Tip: Mandatory fields that must be assigned are marked with an asterisk.
4. The right column is used for the assignment of the PlentyONE data fields.
5. Assign suitable PlentyONE data fields to the sales channel data fields.
6. Save the catalogue to secure the assignments.

Special features for missing PlentyONE data fields

If the sales channel requires product data for which there is no standard data field in your PlentyONE system, you should proceed as follows:

1. Create property: Create a new property for the required data.
2. Link property: Link this new property to your variants.
3. Save values: Save the actual values as property values for this property.
