To export your product data to Amazon, create a product catalogue in the menu Data » Catalogues and link the fields specified by Amazon with your PlentyONE product data.
Important notes beforehand
- Data export: When the product catalogue is activated, the data will be automatically exported to Amazon within 24 hours after a value of the variant has been changed.
- Account dependency: Product catalogues are account-dependent. You must create a separate catalogue for each product type and each sales channel (e.g.
Amazon.de,Amazon.fr) where you want to sell products. - Catalogue format: For each product type on Amazon there is a separate catalogue format. The exported product data vary depending on the requirements of the respective product category.

- Click on Create catalogue (the
addsymbol). - Enter a name for the catalogue (e.g.
Amazon_DE_Apparel). - Select the option Amazon in the dropdown list

Further catalogue settings (optional)
You can ignore the settings for Format settings, Export settings and Download settings if you only want to use the catalogue for export to the sales channel, as the necessary settings are already preset.
Attention: Do not change the Format in the Format settings of the catalogue. A change can lead to errors when exporting to the sales channel. These settings are primarily intended to export the variant data once or regularly into a file and are not relevant for direct Amazon export.
