To export your offer data (such as price and availability) to Amazon, create an offer catalogue in the menu Data » Catalogues and link the fields specified by Amazon with your PlentyONE article data.

Important notes beforehand

• Data export: When the offer catalogue is activated, the catalogue data will be automatically exported to Amazon within 15 minutes after a value is changed in the variant.
• Channel Maps: To simplify creation, you can create Channel Maps for Amazon. These allow category-spanning assignments that are automatically applied to all linked catalogues, saving you time on maintenance.

Step-by-step guide to creating the catalogue

1. Open the menu: Data » Catalogues.
2. Click on Create catalogue (add).
3. Enter a name for the catalogue (e.g. Amazon_DE_Offers).
4. Select the option Amazon in the dropdown list Marketplace.
5. Select the option Listing in the dropdown list Export type.
6. Select the Amazon account for which the catalogue is to be created in the dropdown list Amazon account.
7. Select the Amazon country platform in the dropdown list Sales Channel.
8. Select the special category Offer in the dropdown list Category.
9. Save the settings.
   • The catalogue will be created and automatically opened for further editing (assignment).

Further catalogue settings (optional)

The settings for Format settings, Export settings and Download settings are optional for direct export to Amazon and can be ignored, as the necessary settings are already preset.

Attention: Do not change the format in the Format settings of the catalogue. Changing the preset format can lead to errors when exporting to the sales channel.
