In order to successfully use the Amazon Invoice Service (VCS), several requirements must be met in your Amazon account and in PlentyONE.

Checklist of requirements

• Activation with Amazon: The VCS service must already be activated in your Amazon Seller Central.
• Correct order: Always activate VCS first with Amazon before enabling it in PlentyONE.
• Tax settings: Your verified VAT number must be stored in Seller Central for each shipping country.
• Necessary warehouses in PlentyONE: The following warehouse types must be set up in your system:
  • One warehouse for each Amazon platform (e.g. Amazon.de, Amazon.fr).
  • One warehouse for each country from which you ship.
  • One warehouse for each individual Amazon FBA logistics centre where your goods are stored.
