You can activate the Amazon Invoice Service (VCS) directly in your PlentyONE system. Please note that VCS must first be active in your Amazon Seller Central before you make the setting in PlentyONE.

Step-by-step guide to activation

1. Navigate in your PlentyONE system to: Setup > Markets > Amazon > Settings
2. Select the appropriate Amazon account.
3. Switch to the Settings tab.
4. Find the option Generate invoice and make the desired VCS setting there.

What VCS variants are there in PlentyONE?

You can choose between two variants:

• VCS Amazon: Amazon creates the invoices for you.
• VCS plentymarkets / VCS Lite: PlentyONE creates the invoices for Amazon orders.
