The schemas, including the predefined values such as the merchant_shipping_groups, are synchronised once daily via the Amazon API. The update takes place at night.
If you have created a new shipping template on Amazon and it still does not appear in the selection under merchant shipping group (merchant_shipping_group.value) after 24 hours, this is most likely because the Amazon API has not transmitted the updated values for this field to us.
If the missing values are still not visible after the daily synchronisation has expired, the problem lies with Amazon. In this case, please contact Amazon Support directly.
