    If your variant is missing there, the following requirements must be checked:In the Tab: Availability of the respective variant, the availability "OTTO Market" must be set.In the Tab: Properties of the respective variant, the property "OTTO Category Group" must be set. The format name of the respective OTTO catalogue is expected as the selection value.This link assigns the variant to the respective OTTO catalogue (this corresponds to the OTTO category group).The name of the format is expected, NOT the name of the catalogue you assigned!The variant is activated.

    Using the catalogue function "Live Download" (under Data > Catalogues > #Select catalogue#), you can check whether the variants for the catalogue are valid, as well as which data we transmit to OTTO market.Another tab will open, which should not be closed during the export process. Once the export has been successfully completed, the file can be downloaded and opened under the download symbol "Download export".You can search for the variant using the EAN (use the programme’s search function). If it is included there but not transmitted to OTTO market, you can check the error messages in the log. However, if it is not included there, the basic requirements must be checked.
