Users with roles that are not of the Administrator type require specific permissions to meaningfully use and edit the tags for organising eBay feedback.

Required permission:

Employees need at least the following permission:

• Setup > Tag (Read, Create, Edit, etc.)

Tip for assigning permissions:

• Note that only users with roles of the Administrator type can assign permissions.

• Navigate to Setup » Account Management » Roles.

• Select a role or create a new one.

• Switch to advanced mode and assign the permissions for the area Setup > Tag.

• Save the settings.
