To be able to respond to eBay feedback via your PlentyONE system, you need the eBay Feedback plugin as well as the eBay SDK. These plugins must be purchased in the plentyMarketplace and installed in a plugin set.

1. Add plugins to the system (purchase)

1. Open the menu Plugins » plentyMarketplace.

2. Navigate to the plugin eBay Feedback (or eBay SDK).

3. Open the detail view of the respective plugin.

4. Click Checkout in the column on the right.

5. Read and accept the terms and conditions.

6. Click Buy.

   • Note: Wait a few minutes before proceeding with the installation.

2. Install and activate plugins

1. Open the menu Plugins » Plugin Set Overview.

2. Click on the plugin set in which you want to install the plugin.

3. Click Add Plugin.

4. Select the plugin eBay Feedback (or eBay SDK) from the list.

5. Click Install.

6. Change the plugin status to active.

7. Save the plugin set.
