eBay Fulfillment by Orange Connex offers shipping to a fixed list of countries. To work correctly with these countries in your PlentyONE system, you need to activate them in the delivery countries settings.

The countries supported by eBay Fulfillment by Orange Connex are:

• Belgium

• Bulgaria

• Germany

• France (excluding overseas territories)

• Greece

• Italy (excluding Campione d’Italia, Livigno, San Marino, Vatican City)

• Croatia

• Luxembourg

• Malta

• Netherlands (excluding overseas territories)

• Austria

• Portugal (excluding Azores, Madeira)

• Romania

• Slovakia

• Slovenia

• Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla)

• Czech Republic

• Hungary

• Cyprus

Step-by-step guide to activating the delivery countries

1. Open the menu Setup » Orders » Shipping » Delivery Countries.

2. For the desired countries, select the option Active or Backoffice active from the dropdown list in the Active column.

   • Active also makes the delivery country visible in the webshop.

   • Backoffice active makes it visible only in the PlentyONE system, but not in the webshop.

3. Select the desired language for the delivery country in the Language column.

4. Save the settings.
