With the eBay Analytics plugin, you can create reports to analyse the performance of individual listings. You can find this feature in the eBay Listings Performance menu.
Step-by-step guide to creating a report:
Open the menu Sales Channels » eBay Listings Performance.
Click on Create new report.
Make the following settings:
| Setting | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Platform | Select the appropriate eBay platform. |
| Account | Select the desired eBay account. |
| Name | Assign a unique name to the report. |
| Start date | Enter the start date. The time interval may be a maximum of 30 days. |
| End date | The end date must not be before the start date. The time interval may be a maximum of 30 days. |
| Listings | Add the listings to be analysed using the plus sign. A maximum of 100 listings can be included in the report. |
Save the settings.
Note: The report processing will start automatically within a few minutes.
