The order source for eBay Fulfillment by Orange Connex is already present in the PlentyONE system, but it must be activated by you so that orders can be correctly assigned.

Step-by-step guide to activation

1. Open the menu Setup » Orders » Order Source in your PlentyONE backend.

2. Search for the entry eBay Fulfillment by Orange Connex.

3. Activate the option by ticking the checkbox.

4. Save the settings.

Note for those switching from eBay Fulfillment with Fiege

If you are already using the eBay Fulfillment solution with Fiege, activate the correct order source for eBay Fulfillment by Orange Connex. Do not deactivate the previously used order source for the eBay Fulfillment solution with Fiege until your entire inventory has been moved or sold off.
