If you already have items on OTTO Market and have switched to plentyONE, it is possible to keep your existing OTTO items in order not to lose the Sales History (sales history).

To do this, you must ensure that the SKU combination of the variants in plentyONE matches the SKUs of the existing OTTO items.

Prerequisite for the link

Before you start the first catalogue export, you must enter the corresponding SKU combinations in your plentyONE variants.

Necessary SKU combinations

The following SKU information must be stored in the variant in plentyONE so that a link to the existing item on OTTO Market can be made:

• Parent SKU: This corresponds to the productReference on OTTO.

• SKU: The regular SKU of the variant.

Effect of the export

If the SKU combination (Parent SKU and SKU) is correctly present in plentyONE and the subsequent export is done via the catalogue, the variants newly exported from plentyONE will be automatically linked with the already existing OTTO items. This way your Sales History is retained.
