In order for your variant to be successfully exported to OTTO Market, a number of basic requirements must be met in your PlentyONE system.
Check general requirements
- Is the order source activated?
- Navigate to
Setup » Orders » Order Source. - Check if the option OTTO Market with the ID
160.1is activated. - Activate the order source if necessary and Save (
💾) the settings.
- Navigate to
- Is the variant active and released for the marketplace?
- Open the variant under
Items » Items » [Open Item] » [Open Variant]. - Activate the option Active in the Availability and Visibility section.
- Check marketplace availability:
- Click on Add Sales Channels (
add) in the Sales Channels section. - Select the option OTTO Market from the Sales Channels dropdown list and click Apply.
- Click on Add Sales Channels (
- Save (
💾) the settings.
- Open the variant under
- Does the variant have positive net stock?
- Open the variant and expand the Stock section (
V). - The net stock per warehouse is displayed in the Net Stock column and must be positive.
- Open the variant and expand the Stock section (
- Is the catalogue activated?
- Navigate to
Data » Catalogues. - Scroll to the corresponding
OTTO Marketcatalogue. - Slide the toggle button to the right (
►) in the Active column to activate the catalogue.
- Navigate to
Check settings for sales price and price
Check the correct assignment of prices to the origin OTTO Market:
- Check sales price (Setup):
- Open the menu
Setup » Items » Sales Prices. - Set the filter Origin to
OTTO Marketand click Search (🔍). - Check the settings of the displayed sales price and make adjustments if necessary.
- Open the menu
- Check price on the variant:
- Open the menu
Items » Items » [Open Item] » [Open Variant]. - Check in the Sales Prices section:
- Is the sales price linked to the origin?
- Is a price saved for the origin?
- Make adjustments if necessary.
- Open the menu
Check linking with OTTO category group
- Open the menu
Items » Items » [Open Item] » [Open Variant]. - Switch to the Tab: Properties.
- Click on Add Properties (
add). - Tick the property
OTTO Category Groupand click Add.- Tip: Use the filters to search for the property.
- Select the desired category group for the property
OTTO Category Groupfrom the Value dropdown list. - Save (
💾) the settings.
