Making multiple variants available for OTTO Market – step-by-step guide

1. Open the menu: Items » Batch Processing.
2. Click on the Variants tab at the top left.
3. Use the filters on the left to determine which variants should be processed.
4. Navigate to the Marketplace Availability section.
   • Check the box to the left of the OTTO Market option.
   • Check the box to the right of the OTTO Market option.
5. Navigate to the Availability section.
   • Check the box to the left of the Active option.
   • Check the box to the right of the Active option.
6. Click Apply to apply the settings to the variants.

Effects of activation/deactivation

• Deactivation: If you deactivate the marketplace availability of a variant in the Availability tab, the variant will be deactivated on OTTO Market within 15 minutes.
• Reactivation: If you reactivate the availability, the variant will only be reactivated on OTTO Market with the nightly item export.
