After you have made changes to your eBay account details, your shop categories and the return policies need to be reset.

Make settings

• Shop categories: You set the shop categories directly in the menu where you also import them (Setup » Markets » eBay » Settings » Tab: Account settings).
• Return policies: The return policies are set separately under Setup » Markets » eBay » Framework conditions » Tab: Return policies.
