You can activate your eBay account for OAuth2 directly in PlentyONE. For this, you will need your eBay login details (username and password).

Activate OAuth2 account

1. Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Accounts » OAuth2.
2. Select Add Production Account if your eBay account is already active.

   Or: Select Add Sandbox Account to activate an account for a test environment (Sandbox).

4. You will be redirected to eBay. Authenticate your details there.

Important: When entering your eBay account details, please pay attention to upper and lower case letters.

The account will be activated after authentication and displayed in the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Accounts » OAuth2.

What happens if the login details change?

If you change your eBay login details (e.g., your password) on eBay, the token will become invalid. You must then update and resynchronise the account in PlentyONE.
