When activating or updating an eBay account in PlentyONE, a token is generated that is valid for 18 months.

Important notes on validity

  No warning: After the validity period expires, there is no automatic warning.

•  

  Change of access data: The token (key) also becomes invalid immediately if you change your access data (e.g. your password) directly at eBay.

In both cases, you must update the token manually in PlentyONE.
