You need to update the token of your eBay account if you change your eBay login details (password) or if the token has expired.

Update token

1. Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Accounts » Auth’n’Auth.
2. Click on update to update your account token.
   • The window Unlock or change account will open.
3. Click on the gear to update your token.
4. You will be redirected to eBay where you must authenticate your details.

Afterwards, the new validity of the token will be displayed in PlentyONE under eBay token valid until.
