You activate new eBay accounts in the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Accounts » Auth’n’Auth. For this, you need your eBay login details (username and password).

Activate a new account

1. Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Accounts » Auth’n’Auth.
2. Click on Activate account.
   • The window Activate or change account will open.
3. Enter the eBay username under Username.
4. Select an eBay country platform under Platform.
5. Click on the gear to activate your account.
6. You will be redirected to eBay where you must authenticate your details.

The account will then be displayed in PlentyONE in the Accounts menu.
