Making multiple variants available for OTTO Market – step-by-step guide

1. Open the menu: Articles » Articles.
2. If necessary, set search filters and start the search.
3. Select (check_box) the variants to be edited.
4. Click on layers » layers variant groups function in the toolbar.
   • The variant groups function window will open.
5. Select the action Sales channels from the dropdown list Actions.
   • The action will be added to the bottom part of the window.
6. Select the option OTTO Market from the dropdown list Sales channels.
7. Select the action Active from the dropdown list Actions.
   • The action will be added to the bottom part of the window.
8. Activate the option Active.
9. Navigate to the section Availability.
10. Click Execute to apply the settings.

Effects of activation/deactivation

• Deactivation: If you deactivate the marketplace availability of a variant, the variant will be deactivated on OTTO Market within 15 minutes.
• Reactivation: If you reactivate the availability, the variant will only be reactivated on OTTO Market with the nightly article export.
