To sell variants on OTTO Market, you need to activate them in your PlentyONE system and add the sales channel OTTO Market. This is done in the Availability and Visibility section of the variant.

Making a variant available for OTTO Market – step-by-step guide

1. Open the menu: Items » Items » [Open item] » [Open variant].

   Tip: If you want to sell all variants of an item on OTTO Market and inheritance is activated, you can make the settings on the main variant.

2. Activate the option Active in the Availability and Visibility section.
3. Click on Add sales channels (add) in the Sales channels section.
   • The Add sales channels window will open.
4. Select OTTO Market from the Sales channels dropdown list.
5. Click Apply.
   • The sales channel will be added to the variant.
6. Save (save) the settings.
   • The variant is now available for OTTO Market.

Effects of activation/deactivation

• Deactivation: If you deactivate the marketplace availability of a variant in the Availability tab, the variant will be deactivated on OTTO Market within 15 minutes.
• Reactivation: If you reactivate the availability, the variant will only be reactivated on OTTO Market with the nightly item export.
