To comply with the requirements of the GPSR regulation and to be able to transfer the corresponding data to OTTO Market, you must store the information about the EU responsible person with your manufacturers and select the manufacturer at the article level.
1. Maintain manufacturer data for the EU responsible person
Fill in the required fields for the EU responsible person for each of your manufacturers in the menu Setup » Articles » Manufacturers.

| EU Responsible Person Phone Number | Enter the phone number of the EU responsible person. |
2. Select manufacturer at article level
Select the manufacturer at article level so that the manufacturer data (including the EU responsible person) can be transferred to OTTO Market.
