You have various options to export stock data. The assignment of stock is done via the PlentyONE data field Stock.

Note: Goods may only be shipped in consultation with OTTO from foreign warehouses or to end customers outside Germany.

1. Export stock from one warehouse

• Assign the PlentyONE data field Stock » [Select warehouse].

2. Export stock from multiple warehouses (summation)

• Assign the PlentyONE data field Stock » [Select warehouse].
• Click on Add fallback data field (add_box) and assign an additional warehouse via the PlentyONE data field Stock » [Select warehouse].
• Result: The stock of all warehouses added as data fields and fallback data fields is summed.

3. Export total net stock of all sales warehouses (virtual total warehouse)

• Assign the PlentyONE data field Stock » Virtual total warehouse.

4. Export number value stored on variant

• Create and assign a PlentyONE property of type Integer.
• Link the property to the variant and save a number value there.

Fallback value (if no assignment is made)

• Note: If you do not assign a warehouse or property to the marketplace data field Stock, the sum of the net stocks of all sales warehouses (Virtual total warehouse) will automatically be transferred to OTTO Market.
