With the mapping with mathematical calculation, you can automatically adjust and recalculate numerical values of a PlentyONE data field during export based on a formula.

Create mapping

1. Click next to the sales channel data field on + Add data field.
2. Click at the very top next to Formula (calculate) on the plus symbol (+).
   • The data field Formula will be inserted into the field on the right.
3. Click into the data field.
   • The window Change value will appear.
4. Enter a numerical value or select a PlentyONE data field at the bottom right to add it to the calculation.
   • Optional: If the symbol more_vert is displayed in the data field, select the correct assignment for the data field from the dropdown lists.
5. Enter numbers and mathematical operators either with the calculator or via the keyboard.
6. Save the settings.
   • The inserted formula will be displayed in the view. The calculation will be performed during the next export.

Note: This function is only possible for data fields that contain numerical values.
