You create catalogues for article export to OTTO Market using the assistant Create Catalogues - OTTO Market.

1. Create catalogue with the assistant

1. Open the menu: Setup » Assistants » Omni-Channel.
2. Click on the assistant Create Catalogues - OTTO Market.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
4. Carefully check your settings in the step Summary for possible errors.
5. If everything is correct, click on Finish.
   • The catalogue will be created.
6. Open the created catalogue in the menu Data » Catalogues to assign further sales channel data fields.

Note: For each OTTO category group you need a separate catalogue. Important: Do not change the format in the catalogue’s format settings. The preset settings are necessary for export to the sales channel.

2. Assistant step: Name and category group

• Enter a name for the catalogue: Enter a unique name for the catalogue.
• For which OTTO category group do you want to create a catalogue? Select an OTTO category group from the dropdown list.

3. Assistant step: Add channel maps

• In this step, you can link one of your already created channel maps with the new catalogue.
• If you do not want to use a channel map, you can skip this step by clicking Next.

4. Assistant step: Assign mandatory fields

In this step, you specify which variant data from PlentyONE should be exported to OTTO Market. You assign the appropriate PlentyONE data field to each mandatory field of the marketplace.

• SKU / Parent-SKU: Select from the dropdown list which PlentyONE data field should be exported as Parent-SKU or SKU.
• Select PlentyONE data field: Choose an existing PlentyONE data field to be exported to OTTO Market.
• Create property: Creates a new property in PlentyONE (Setup » Settings » Properties » Configuration) and assigns it to the marketplace data field.
• Create sales price: Creates a new sales price (Internal name = OTTO Market) and assigns it to the marketplace data field.
• Create barcode: Creates a barcode named OTTO Market and assigns it to the marketplace data field. If this barcode already exists, it will be assigned.

Note: The assignments are not checked for plausibility. Therefore, check the assignments carefully before starting the export.

Procedure if a category group is missing

If you want to create a catalogue for a product for which there is no suitable OTTO category group yet, you must register the desired category group with OTTO.

• Register the category group with OTTO. To do this, create a ticket in the OTTO Partner Connect Portal with the following content:
  1. The category you want.
  2. Estimated number of SKUs that would be delivered.
  3. An example EAN/GTIN of a product.
  4. A web link to an example product.
• OTTO reviews the proposals and adds accepted proposals to the category group selection.
• Important: Offering products in the wrong OTTO category group can lead to a warning from OTTO.
