If you already have order imports active for the Storefront DE, the Kaufland settings for your desired Kaufland account must be saved again when subsequently using the Storefront SK.
To do this, simply go to Setup > Markets > Kaufland > Settings > Account ID and press the save button:
ATTENTION!
After this saving, only new orders will be imported.
If you want to import already existing orders for SK, this does not happen automatically and must be arranged through our support.Please contact technical support with the following data:
- PlentyID
- external Order ID
- Kaufland Account ID (can be found in the Kaufland settings in plenty)
- Storefront
