We have optimised the workflow for ticket creation in our Service Desk: Our new AI-powered system replaces the previous nested dropdown menus with a single, intelligent text field.The system now analyses your error description and automatically recognises so-called "entities" (such as the product area, the desired action, and relevant IDs). This means your ticket is immediately and correctly categorised without detours, eliminating the need for manual input from you. Version 2.47.0 of PlentyONE Shop is now available. This update adds another option for displaying the label for the guarantee of conformity label (Harmonised Notice). Previously, it was only possible to display the label in a combination of a link and modal. Now there is an option to display the label directly in the checkout. The setting for hiding the Harmonised Notice has been moved in the editor from the General section to the Checkout section. The editor now includes a new block for adding a list of collapsible elements. Each element can be filled with other blocks. Previously, the Etsy authorisation in PlentyONE expired after 90 days. You then had to log in to Etsy and reconnect to PlentyONE.This issue has been resolved. Since MediaMarktSaturn (MMS) does not support B2B orders, the VAT ID is now stored purely for informational purposes in the Name 4 field of the address. In rare cases, Amazon orders were retrospectively cancelled in the PlentyONE system even though these orders had already been fully processed, shipped and assigned a tracking number (e.g. due to subsequent buyer cancellations or warranty claims on Amazon’s part).This issue has now been fixed. The background process now checks whether the outgoing items have already been booked and whether any tracking numbers already exist before cancelling an Amazon order.
