After you have created the catalogue for exporting your item data, you just need to activate it to start the data exchange.Open the menu Data > Catalogues.Find your Temu catalogue in the displayed list.Slide the switch in the Active column to the right.Your catalogue will then be activated, and the data will be automatically exported to Temu every 15 minutes. You can check the export status at any time in the menu Data > Catalogue Export Status. 

To make setting up your catalogue easier, we have compiled a list of recommended data field mappings. Please note that these are recommendations. After you have created the offer catalogue for Temu, you need to link the sales channel's data fields with your item data in PlentyONE.Open the menu Data > Catalogues and select your catalogue.In the Assignment tab, you will see the data fields required by Temu on the left (mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk *). On the right, assign the corresponding data fields from PlentyONE.Choose the appropriate assignment method for each data field. Various options are available to you (e.g., simple 1:1 assignment, complex 1:1 assignment, or assignment with properties).Save the catalogue. The assignments are then secured.Tip: If Temu requires a data field that does not exist in PlentyONE, you can create your own property for it. Then link this to your variants and save the corresponding values as property values.

To transmit your offer data to Temu, you need to create and activate a corresponding catalogue in PlentyONE. Here is how to proceed:Open the menu Data > Catalogues.Click on Create Catalogue.Enter a name for your catalogue.Select the following options in the dropdown lists:Marketplace: TemuExport Type: ListingCategory: Temu OffersClick on CREATE CATALOGUE.Your catalogue will then be created and opened for further editing. You must then link the fields specified by Temu with your offer data in PlentyONE. Once the catalogue, account, listing and variants are activated, the data will be automatically exported every 15 minutes.

You can change the name of your Temu account at any time. Here is how to do it:Open the menu Sales Channels > Accounts.Select your Temu account.Go to the Account Settings tab.Enter the new name.Save the changes.

Here you will find an overview of the most important setting areas and their meanings:API Credentials:Access Token: Enter the Access Token you received from Temu here. Note: The token is only valid for 90 days. You must manually check its validity in the Temu backend, as there is no automatic notification.General:Active: Enable this option to start the data exchange.Country: Select the country in which you want to offer your products.Orders:Cron for order import: Enable this option so that Temu orders are automatically imported into PlentyONE every 15 minutes.Import customer cancellations: Enable this to also import cancellations from customers every 15 minutes.Order status for cancelled orders: Specify which status cancelled orders should receive in PlentyONE.Temu warehouse:Temu warehouse: Select the appropriate warehouse from the list of available warehouses.Link shipping profiles:Temu shipping provider: Link a Temu shipping provider here with your corresponding shipping provider in PlentyONE.

To configure the channel settings for Temu in PlentyONE, proceed as follows:Open the menu Sales Channels > Accounts.Click on the Temu tile to open the settings.Make the necessary settings in the various areas (API credentials, General, Orders, Temu warehouse, Link shipping profiles). Note that most areas can only be edited once you have correctly entered the Access Token and saved the changes.Save your settings to apply them.Important note: For each Temu sales channel on which you offer products, you must create a separate Temu account in PlentyONE.

To enable data exchange, particularly order import, you must make the following mandatory settings:Sales Channel: In the menu Sales Channels > Accounts, you must enter the Access Token for the Temu sales channel.Variant: The variant ID of the PlentyONE variant must be stored as the SKU for the corresponding variant in Temu.

After setting up Temu in PlentyONE, data exchange takes place at regular intervals.The following data is synchronised every 15 minutes:Order import: Import of orders.Inventory reconciliation: Reconciliation of stock levels.Price reconciliation: Update of product prices.Import of cancellations: Adoption of cancelled orders.
