To enable data exchange, particularly order import, you must adjust the following mandatory settings:

• Sales Channel: In the menu Sales Channels > Accounts, you must enter a valid Access Token for the Temu sales channel.
• Variations: The Variation ID of each PlentyONE variation must be stored as the SKU for the corresponding variation in Temu.
