If your stock and offer data are no longer being transferred to Temu, the cause is usually due to an incorrect SKU mapping in your Temu catalogue.
Unlike many other marketplaces, Temu does not generate its own SKUs. When importing orders into PlentyONE, it is firmly defined that the variant ID is used as the reference. If you use the variant ID as the SKU on Temu, you must ensure that exactly this value (and not the regular SKU field from the article) is passed on in the catalogue.
Step-by-step guide to adjusting the SKU in the catalogue
Navigate in your
PlentyONEsystem to:Data » Catalogues.Open your configured catalogue for Temu.
Search for the data field for the SKU mapping.
Change the data source so that the
variant IDis necessarily passed on as the SKU (if applicable, remove the link to the regular SKU field of the article).Save the settings in the catalogue.
