Here is a brief overview of the most important setting areas and their function:

• API Credentials:
  • Access Token: Enter the Access Token you received from Temu here. Note: Each token is only valid for 90 days. You must manually check its validity in the Temu backend, as there is no automatic notification for this.
• General:
  • Active: Enable this option to start the data exchange.
  • Country: Select the country in which you want to offer your products.
• Orders:
  • Cron for item export: If you enable this option, then your item data is are automatically imported into PlentyONE once a day.
  • Cron for order import: If you enable this option, then Temu orders are automatically imported into PlentyONE every 15 minutes.
  • Import customer cancellations: Enable this to also import cancellations from customers every 15 minutes.
  • Order status for cancelled orders: Specify which status cancelled orders should receive in PlentyONE.
• Link shipping profiles:
  • Temu shipping provider: Link a Temu shipping provider here with your corresponding shipping provider in PlentyONE.
