In the Document Hub, you could previously download a maximum of 6,000 documents in a bulk download. This limit no longer applies. The system automatically splits the documents into multiple ZIP archives, with a maximum of 5,000 files per ZIP.You can download the generated ZIP files together using a group function. You can use another group function to delete them together.What this means for you: you can download even very large quantities of documents in one go. What changedThe XML data of e-invoices (XRechnung and Factur-X) always contained your own bank account as the payment account, even for orders paid with PayPal Pay Upon Invoice (invoice purchase). With this payment method the buyer has to pay to the account of the payment service provider, so the XML did not match the payment. You can now create more than one custom order document for the same order. Until now, only one template could be used per order, even if you had set up several. Now every template whose settings match the order can produce its own document, for example a separate document for each purpose or recipient.How it worksIn the Document Builder, custom order document templates have a new setting Order type. Use it to restrict a template to a certain order type, for example sales orders or returns. For orders with multiple payments, the payment and bank data variables in DocumentBuilder always used the order’s first payment. For example, if a customer first tried to pay with a different payment method but the payment failed, and then successfully paid via Ratepay, the Ratepay payment information was missing on the invoice.The variables now pick the appropriate payment: They skip canceled, declined, expired and duplicate payments, prioritise the payment method used for the order and use the most recently received payment if multiple payments match.Important: Documents that have already been generated are not updated automatically. The document archive and the document hub now have a Related document column. It shows which documents are linked to the document in a row. For example, next to an invoice you can now see the credit notes that were created for it. If there are several, they are listed one below the other.How it worksThe column is not shown by default. You can then move it to the position you prefer, like any other column.Click the document name to open a preview of the linked document.If the linked document has been deleted, its name is still shown but can't be opened.
