The document archive and the document hub now have a Related document column. It shows which documents are linked to the document in a row. For example, next to an invoice you can now see the credit notes that were created for it. If there are several, they are listed one below the other.
How it works
- The column is not shown by default. To turn it on, open the column settings of the table and select "Related document". You can then move it to the position you prefer, like any other column.
- Click the document name to open a preview of the linked document.
- If the linked document has been deleted, its name is still shown but can't be opened. Hover over it to see a note that the document was deleted.
- The column stays empty for documents that no other document is linked to. This includes credit notes themselves.
Good to know
- This column complements the existing "Reversal document" column. It doesn't replace it.
- The new column can't be used to filter or sort the table.
