If you want certain Shopify payment types to be assigned to a specific payment method in PlentyONE, you can use the Payment methods mapping assistant.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Navigate to: Setup » Assistants » Omni-Channel.

2. Click on the Payment methods mapping assistant.

3. Select your Shopify account and click Next.

4. Enter the Shopify Order ID (you can find this at the end of the URL in the Shopify backend).

5. Optional: Enter the Shopify Transaction ID for even more precise assignment.

6. The recognised Shopify payment method will be displayed. Click Next.

7. Select the desired PlentyONE payment method that should correspond to this assignment.

8. Check the summary and click Finalize.
