To ensure your variations are displayed with the correct price on Shopify, you need to use a sales price for which the order referrer Shopify is activated. The amount stored in this sales price will then be transferred to Shopify.

What is a sales price?

A sales price defines the conditions (e.g. channel, customer group, or country) under which a specific price applies. For example, you can set different prices for your Shopify shop than for marketplaces like Amazon. In addition to standard sales prices, PlentyONE also supports RRP, promotional prices, and set prices.

Step-by-step guide

1. Navigate in your PlentyONE system to: Setup » Item » Sales Price.

2. Open the desired sales price by clicking on it.

   • Important: Select a sales price that uses your system’s standard currency.

   • Tip: If no suitable price exists yet, first create a new sales price.

3. In the Referrers section, look for Shopify and activate the corresponding checkbox.

4. Save the settings.

Once the referrer is activated, the value stored for your variations under this sales price will be used for the Shopify export.
